AN ORDII,,ANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land in the "B" Residential
District as that district is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3188,
as amended, and providing for the use thereof in compliance with Section 9
i
of said ordinance, as amended, subject to such regulations and limitations
as may be hereafter provided.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed for the rezoning of certain land described as
follows:. West One Hundred Twenty Five feet (1251) of Lots 7 and 9,
Block 1 in Replat of Beebe's Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas; and,
OHEREAS, said petition was duly and regularly referred to the Planning and Zoning
Commission, of said city, and said Commission duly recommended that said lands be
rezoned; and
1,iHEREAS, notice of intent was duly and regularly published a -rid no Protestants
appeared or filed remonstrances against the rezoning thereof; and,
SO, NOW,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO'1'1ISSIJ1ihRS OF TiE CI'T'Y OF SAL11u;
Section 1. That the preambles hereof are hereby made a part of this ordinance.
That the aforesaid land be and it is hereby made a part of the "B" Residential

District as that district is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3188, as
amended, and that said property may be used for the purposes designated in Section
9 of said ordinance, as amended, subject to such limitations and restrictions as
may be hereafter provided for by ordinance.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force :from and after its
