ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9451
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 40-59 OF THE SALINA CODE
PERTAINING TO VIOLATION OF FARES, AND REPEALING THE EXISTING
SECTION.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That Section 40-59 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 40-59. Violation of fares.
Any charge made to a passenger at a rate higher than
that in effect pursuant to this article shall be deemed a
separate violation . "
Section 2. That the existing Section 40-59 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official newspaper.
