AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina,
Kansas in the "B" Residential District as that district is defined by Section
4 of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper uses thereof.
'yi REAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been fully and timely complied with; and
SO, NOVi TIERED+ ORE,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and they are hereby included in the "Bf,
Residential District as that district is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance Number

3188 of said city, to--wit.-
Lot
o—wit:Lot 25, Block 31 Highland court Addition, City of Salina
Kansas.
Lot 34, on Kirwin Avenue in the Grounds of the Kansas
Wesleyan University, City of Salina, Kansas,
as provided that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized by Section
9 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and further subject to such regulations as hereafter
deemed appropriate by said commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its publication
once in the official city paper.
