J. Taylor Construction Company for the construction of certain curbing, guttering, paving and grading; improvements on certain streets in the City of Salina, and providing for the issuance of temporary notes to pay the cost th,reof pending the issuance and sale of bonds. BE ITCRDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: SECTION 1. That the acceptance by the City of Salinas nansas, of the proposal of the H. J. Taylor Construction Company, h_>re1_n-after referrad to as the "Contractor" as submitted to the Board of Commissioners on July 11, 1949, which is hereby found to be the lowest and best bid for such work, and the contract awarded by the Board of Commissioners of said city to said contract and signed on behalf of the City by its payor on July 18, 1949 for the construction of certain public improvemen's in the City of Salina, Kansas, to -wit: Curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Reynolds Street from the center line of North Streetto the center line of Lincoln Street, as provided by Ordinance dumber 5389. Curbi.np-, guttering, paving and grading of Seventh Street from the center line of Decatur Street to the cater line of grand Avenue as provided by Ordinance Number 5389.
