Kansas in the "B" Residential District as that district is defined by Section 4
of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper uses thereof.

described have been fully and timely complied with; and

Section 1. That, cert-aln lands be and they are hereby included in the
"B" Residential District as that district is defined by Socti:;n 4 of Ordinance Number
3188 of sodd city, to -wit:
Lots Three (3) and Five (5) in Block
Nineteen (19) in the Episcopal Military
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas
as provided that said lands may be used only for the purposes aut."ior-1--ad by Section
9 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and further subject to such regulations as hereafter

Section 2. That this ordinance, shall be in force from and after its
