AN ORDI?�'JCE providing for the removal of certain lands in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
Plumber 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and for the inclusion of said lands in the
"D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined by Section 6 of Ordinance
Plumber 3188 and providin-• for the proper uses thereof.
PVHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been timely complied with; and
S0, NOJ THEREFORE,
BE IT ORD.,IT- D by the Board of Corm--issioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and there are hereby removed from the
"C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance Number
3188 and amendments thereto, and that said lands be and they are hereby included in
and made a part of the "D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined by
Section 6 of Ordinance Number 3188 of said City, to -wit:
Lots Two (2), Four (4), Six (6), Eight (8),
Ten (10), Twelve (12), Fourteen (14), and
Sixteen (16) in Block Two (2), North Park
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas
provided however, that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized by
Section 11 of said Ordinance JINumber 3188 and further subject to such regulations as
are hereafter deemed appropriate by said Commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its
publication once in the official city paper.
