BE IT Ui'DAI:Z,D by tare Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Blocks rive (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Light (3) in Stack Place,
an addition to the Citi; of Salina, now adjoining the corporate limits of the City of
Salina and having been, heretofore, platted into blocks and lots, be and it is hereby

included vrithin the corporate limits of the City of Salina.
Section 2. Diat the cor orate limits of the City of Salina be and the same are
hereby extended to include the territory added to, taken into and made parts of said
city under the provisions of the preceding sections of this ordi_ance, and that all of
