AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of Riverside Drive, sub-
ject to reservations, in the City of Salina,. Kansas.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That that portion of Riverside Drive, in Wight's Addition
North of Ash Street and West of Oakdale Avenue, be and it is hereby vacated,
provided however, that the city herreby reserves the right to authorize or
to install, replace, repair and maintain in said street, sewers, water lines
and other utility lines.

Section 2. That the land included within said street, vacated, as afore-
said,
fore-said, shall accrue to the lots lying adjacent thereto in the manner provided
by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
