AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the
City of Salina, Kansas in the "B" Residential District as that
District is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance Number 3188 and
providing .for the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoninm of certain
lands hereinafter described have been timely complied with; and
SO, NOW, TH',REFOR E,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COT KISSIONFtS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS :
Section 1. That certain lands be and they are hereby
included in the "B" Residential District as that district is defined
by Section 4 of Ordinance Number 3188 of said city, to -wit:
The South 522 feet of Lots 62 and 64
and the East 18.8 feet of the South
522 feet of Lot 66, all on Ash Street
in Wilson's Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
as provided that said lands may be used only for the purposes
authorized by Section 9 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and farther
subject to such regulations as hereafter deemed appropriate by
said commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from
and after its publication once in the official city paper.
