AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain
alley, subject to reservations, in the City of Salina, Kansas.

KANSAS:
Section 1. That that portion of a certain allet!, lying next
east of Chicago Street from the north line of Logan Street, thence
north to the south line of U. S. 81 By -Pass, be and it is hereby
vacated, provided however, that the city hereby reserves the right
to authorize or to install, replace, repair and maintain in said
alley sewers and water lines.
Section 2. That the land included within said alley, vacate d,
as aforesaid, shall accrue to the lots lying adjacent thereto in
the manner provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
affect from and after its adoption and publication once in the
official city paper.
