AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of
Salina, Kansas, in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined
by Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3188 and the amendments thereto and pro-
viding for the proper use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain lands in the
City of Salina, Kansas, hereinafter described have been fully and timely
complied with; and
WHEREAS, said lands h,�.ve heretofore been rezoned and said city in rezon-
ing the same reserved the right to regulate the use thereof in the future;
and,
WHEREAS, additional regulation is necessary; and

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby
included in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by
Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3188, and amendments thereto and that said
land may be used for the purposes authorized by Section 10 of said Ordinance
Number 3186 and amendments thereto, PROVIDED, H01i'EVER, that the set -back
on said land shall be governed by Section 2 of Ordinance Number 4750 and
further subject to such regulations and provisions as may be hereafter pro-
vided; to -wit:
The East 62 feet of Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen
(16), Block Three (3) Southern Heights Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication in the official city paper.
