AN ORDIN,i CE providing for the rezoning of certain lots and pieces of real
estate in the City of Salina and prescribin the use thereof.
1�3r;3EAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain land in the
City of Salina have been duly and timely complied with; and
SO, Naff, THERErDRE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Cit; of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain ]lots and pieces of real estate hereinafter
described in the City of Salina, Kansas be and they are hereby rezoned to the
"D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined by Section 6 of
Ordinance Number 3188, as amended, and that said lots and feces of real
estate may be used for the purposes authorized by Section 11 of Ordinance
dumber 3188, as amended, subject however, to such regulations as may be here-
after made from time to time, as follows, t0 -101't:
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, on Twelfth
Street, in Weaver's Addition to the
city of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication once in the official city paper.
