AN ORDINANCE providing for the rezoning of certain tracts of land in tn.e City of Salina
and providing for the proper use of each thereof.
VMREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain tracts of land within -the

SO, 11MV, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TT -E BOARD OF CO1&.JISSIONERS of THE CITY OF SALIPko KANSAS:
Section 1. That certain land, bein the South, of Lot 6 and the North 75
feet of Lot 8 on Santa Fe Avenue, in H ollandts Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and it is hereby rezoned to a modified Class "C" Commercial District, provided that
said land may be used and employed for the uses prescribed for "B" Residence District
in Section 9 of Ordinance Number 3188, as amended, and for the sole additional use as
BL retail tea room wherein food and drink are served inside a structure thereon and
without curb or outside service and further subject to such regulations and provisions
hereafter at any time provided.
Section 2. That certain land, hereinafter described, be and it is hereby included
in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
3188, and amendments thereto, and that said land may be used for the purposes author—
ized by Section 10 of said Ordinance Number 31882 and amendments thereto, subject to
such regulation and provisions as may be at any time hereafter provided, to—wit:
Lots 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 in Block 10 in Pacific
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
Section 3. That certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby included in
the "D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined in Section 6 of Ordinance
Number 3188, and amendments thereto, end that said land may be used for the purposes
authorized by Section 11 of Ordinance 'Number 31881 and amendments thereto, subject to
such regulations and provisions as may be hereafter provided to -wit:
Lots consecutively numbered I to 15, both inclusive, in Block
9 in Pacific Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its publicat ion once in the official city paper.
