Section 1. That the officers and employees, which includos all of the

Section 11. That the salaries and v. -ages of the officers and employees herein
provided for in the preceding,, sections, and the wages of all other employees of the
City of Salina, Kansas, shall be paid semi-monthly.
Section 12. The City Ivanaget is hereby authorized to employ such
additional
employees for the various denartments of the Citrr of S,lii-1a, rLansa.s, as nrnM1; exist, or
are hereinafter created, as may be necessary for the efficient operation of such
departments, and whenever it is nece<s,�.ry to employ env person in any depart•',:-, whose
wages are not specified by this ordin-anc e, includin^ all oommon _labor, the 1r.,eges of any
such &mployees shall be such as may be fixed by t1 e City 14anager and as ma be allov:,ed
and -aid from time to time by the Board of Commissioners.
Section 13. T1,:.t Ordir�,ance i+iumber 52.83, be and it is hereby repealed.
