5353 Annex Beverly ManorORDINUCE NTM M 5353 have heretofore petitioned the Board of Commissioners of said Cit=r to include said 22.91 acres within the corporate limits of said city. That the tract, aforesaid, adjoins the present city limits on the west and south boundries and owners of land in said tract, other than petitioners arvn less than 20 acres thereof. That in add.in-, the said 22.91 acres it is necessary to add all the aforesaid tract to said City so that the boundary line of said city will be straight and harmonious. That- the aforesaid tract be and it is hereby incorporated within the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas. Commencing in the center of Crawford Street in the said city at its intersection (Published in the Salina Journal N��j. S , 1948) extended north, thence east in the center line of Crawford Street 286.3 feet, AN, ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the City of Salina, prescribing the corporate limits of said city and repealing Section 5 of ordinance Number 4756. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That all that portion of Block Five (5), Beverly bhnor, an Addition to the City of Salina, not now within the city, which said portion adjoins, the City of Salina, and being platted in blocks and lots, be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of the Ci-ry of Salina. Front Street 944.4 feet, more or less, to the south line of the Re -Plat of Wells Addition, aforesaid, thence east on the south line of said Addition 1034.35 feet, Section 2. That West 'Evergreen Park Addition to the City of Salina, now adjoining the corporate limits of the City and having been, heretofore, platted into blocks and lots, be and it is hereby included githin the corporate limits of said City. Section 3. That the Board of Education of the Cit -,r of Salina has petitioned the Board of Commissioners of said City to include a certain tract of land within the corp- orate limits of said city described as follows to -wit: Section 4. That the o niers of 22.91 aeras in a certain tract of land described as have heretofore petitioned the Board of Commissioners of said Cit=r to include said 22.91 acres within the corporate limits of said city. That the tract, aforesaid, adjoins the present city limits on the west and south boundries and owners of land in said tract, other than petitioners arvn less than 20 acres thereof. That in add.in-, the said 22.91 acres it is necessary to add all the aforesaid tract to said City so that the boundary line of said city will be straight and harmonious. That- the aforesaid tract be and it is hereby incorporated within the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas. Commencing in the center of Crawford Street in the said city at its intersection with the east line of the Re -Plat of Wells Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, extended north, thence east in the center line of Crawford Street 286.3 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the east line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Townahip 14 South, Range 3 west of th::6th P.M. in Saline County, Kansas, thence south on said east line 1322.2u feet, more or less to the south line of said Northwest Quarter of said Northeast Quarter, thence west on said south line 1321.1 feet, more or less, to the center line of Front Street, (Being; the present corporate limits) thence north on said center line of Front Street 944.4 feet, more or less, to the south line of the Re -Plat of Wells Addition, aforesaid, thence east on the south line of said Addition 1034.35 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of said Addition, thence north on the east line of said Addition 377.5 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. That the tract, aforesaid, is owned by said Board of Education, adjoins the present corporate limits of the said City, and the same is hereby included with the corporate limits of the said city.
