in Section 4 of Ordin.nce Number 3188 andproviding
thereof. for the proper uses

inafter described have been timely complied ivith; and

Section 1. That certain lands be and the -,T are hereby included
in the "B" Residential District as defined by Secti oil 4 of Ordinance Number
3188 of said city, to -wit:
Lots Fourteen (14) , Sixteen (16) and Eighteen (18)
on Ninth Street, in Grounds of Kansas Vuesleyan
University, Salina, Kansas
provided that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized by
Section 9 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and further subject to such regu-
lations as hereafter deemed appropriate by said Commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after
its publication once in the official city paper.
