the estimated cost of said improvements as shoti.m by the sworn estimates of the
City Engineer or file in the office of the City Clerk, which estimates are hereby
I referred to and made a part of this ordinance.
Section 2. Said imnrover,ients shall be built and constructed in accord-
ance with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by the City Engineer
on file in the office of the Cit;y Clerk and i_i accorda^...c3 proncsal of
said contractor and under the terms of said contract, all of which are hereby
referred to and made parts of this ordinance.
Section 3. That tei:goorary notes sinned by the _,iayor and attested by the

City Clerk be issued from time to time as the i,,rork progresses in the manor and
form as required by law, tyle total arrrount thereof not to exceed the contract
price for such ZFrork, such rotes to bear interest not to exceed 4 _' per centper
annum and to mature not later than December 1, d. to be issued in
such anounts and at such time as -ioney for the ;?a cinent of the cost of such notes
to be issued to said contractor and to be redeemed and cancelled at the time
,hat permanent bonds are issued in lieu thereof.
