AN ORDI11123CE regulating the use of certain land in the City of Salina
and providing for the amendment of Ordinance Number 5331 of said city.
WIMPLEA.S, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain lands in
the City of Salina, Kansas, hereinafter described have been fully and
timely complied with; and
WIMEAS, said lands have heretofore been rezoned and said city in
rezoning the same reserved the right to regulate the use thereof in
the future; and,
WHEREAS, additional regulation is necessary; and
S0, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 5331 is hereby amend-
ed to read as follows:
" That certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby
included in the "C" Commercial District as that district is
defined by Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3188, and amendments
thereto and that said land may be used f or the purposes
authorized by Section 10 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and
amendments thereto, PROVIDED, HOKEVER, that the set -back on
said land shall be governed by Section 2 of Ordinance Number
4750 and further subject to such regulations and provisions
as may be hereafter provided; to -wit: -
The crest 62 feet of Lots 15 and 16,
Blbck 3, Southern Heights Addition,
an Addition to the City of Salina,.
Saline County, Kansas."
Section 2. That Ordinance Number 5331 be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication in the official city paper.
