ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9432
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE SOUTH ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY FEET (1201) OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC ALLEY IN THE
GROUNDS OF KANSAS WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the South one hundred twenty feet (120) feet of a
public alley between Santa Fe Avenue and Fourth Street, adjacent to Lots
Sixty-eight (68), Seventy (70), and Seventy-two (72) on Santa Fe Avenue and
Lot Twenty-two on Claflin Avenue, Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan University
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated;
provided, however, the City retains the vacated alley as a utility easement.
Section 2. That the above described portion of the public alley which
is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
land after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
