ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-9430
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE SOUTH
TWENTY (201) OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ON GRAND AVENUE, ADJACENT TO
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, NORTH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE
COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section
1. That
the South Twenty feet
(20')
of street right-of-way of
GRAND AVENUE,
adjacent
to Lot One (1) , Block
One
(1), North Park Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of street right-of-way on
GRAND AVENUE which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent
property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
