AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina.,
Kansas, in the ItD" Light Industrial District as that d'l-strictis'defined by
Section 6 of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper use thereof.
!VhTREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been fully and timely complied wlth3 and SO, NOW THLREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and they are hereby included in the IV'
Light Industrial District as that district is defined by Section 6 of Ordinance
Number 3188 and all amendments thereto of said city., to wit:
Lots 36, 33., 40 and 42 in Block 2.9 North Park Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansasp
provided that said lands may be used only for the purpose authorized by Section 11
of said Ordinance Number 3188 as amended and further subject to such regulations as
hereafter deemed appropriate by said commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its publica-
tion once in the official city paper.
