of the City of Salina, prescribing the corporate limits of said city and repeal-
ing Section 2 of Ordinance Number 5383.
B IT GHIDAl;ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Pet.; nn 1. That the north 770 feet of the northwest quarter (X-4�) of Section 25,
Township 14, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian lyin west of the right-of-

of the Union Pacific Railroad and east of the right-of-v,;ay of U. S. HizJhway 1,
now adjoining the corporate limits of the City of Salina and z,, thin Saline County,
jKansas, and having been, heretofore, platted into blocks and lots, be and it is here-
by included within the corporate limits of the City of Salina.
Section 2. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina be and the same are
hereby extended to include the territory added to, taken into and made parts of said
city under the provisions of the preceding sections of this ordinance, and that all of
the land bring within the following described boundary be and the same is hereby declared
to be tivithin the corporate limits of said city and made a part of said city, and that
such corporate limits be and the same are hereby defined, as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the center of idinth Street
with the center of Cloud Avenue, being the corner common to Section 23,
24, 25, 26, Township 14 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Idieridian
in Saline County, Kansas; thence west alon the south line of Section 23
to its intersection with the center line of Pershing Street tarhich point
is the south-west corner of rest Evergreen Park Addition; thence north
along, the west line of said addition to its intersection with the south
line of Claflin Avenue as shown on the plat of Pleasant View Addition;
