That the preambles of this ordinance are hereby incorporated herein. That, that certain portion of a vacated portion of Seventh Street, described as follo,vs; to -wit, Cormencing at a point thirty-two and one-half (32 -ti) feet east of the southeast corner of platted Lot 24, Block 4 in Calkins Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, being on the north line of North Street in said city as a place of beginning, thence north one - hundred -ten (110) feet to the north line, projected east of platted Lot twenty-seven (27) in said Block 4 thence east fifteen (15) feet, thence south one hundred - ten (110) feet to the north line -of said North Street, thence west to the place of be,ginning, be and it is hereby re -opened as a public street. Section 2. That Ordinance No. 2152, insofar as in conflict here,rith be and it is hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
