AN 0%)I-_u&110E regulating parking on a part of a certain street in the City of Salina,
and` providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
IT CFIRDAIIIED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
Section 1. 24-1414B. PAR111 G TIAE LILETED IN DESIGNATED PLACE:-- ADDITIONAL ONE
HOUR ZONE. No person shall park or leave or cause or permit to be parked or left.,
any vehicle for more than one hour at any one time, and in any one place., between the
hours of 7 0 clock A. 1,11. and 7 o'clock P. 111. on any day of the week except Sunday on
the following portion of a street in the City of Salina, which is hereby designated a
one hour zone:

Section 2. This ordinance shall be deemed to supplement the provisions of
Section 24-1414, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1948.
Section 3. PENALTY. A person convicted of a violation of the ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall for conviction be punished by a fine of
not more than X100.00 or by imprisonment of not i,,iore than ten days.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in fullforce and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
