AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a part of Third Street and repealing
Section 2 of Ordinance Number 5300.
MHERFAS, by inadvertence Section 2 of Ordinance Number 5300 provided for the
vacation of Fourth Street when in fact the governing body of the City of Salina
intended by said Section 2 to vacate a part of Third Street; and,
$0, NOW BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOIUW OF C01MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAUNA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That Third Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the south line of Craw£ord•Street, thence south to the north line of
Bond Street, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance Number 5300 be and it is hereby
repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
