Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDA11,TED by the Hoard of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That commencing at a point seven feet (7) north and $even
(7) feet east of the southeast corner of Lot one (1) in Block One (1) in
Yorningside Addition to the City of Salina in Salim County, Kansas, thence
north 205 feet to the north line. of Lot Two (2)2 Block One (1), thence viest
fourteen (14) feet to a point on'the north line of Lot One (1) in Block
One (1), thence south 205 feet, thence east fourteen (14) feet to a point
of beginning, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its ado,tion, publication once in the official city paper and upon
a copy hereof duly certified by the Citi: Clerk as havinZ been _ ublished,
being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, provided that the
City Clerk shall not certify the same until the said city has been reim-
bursed for the cost of publication.
