j Section 1. That the wrest sixty (60) feet of that certain_ east and west gublic
alley connecting Osborne Street and Quincy Street lying next south of Claflin Avenue
and next north of Russell Avenue, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption, ,ublication once in the of�'icial city paper and upon a copy hereof duly
certified by the City Clerk as having been published, being recorded in the office of
the Register of Deeds, provided that the Cit7r Clerk shall not cer_ti f,r the •rame until
the said city has been reimbursed f or the cost of bli cation.
