City of Salina, Kansas.
BE, IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That i''ourth Street in the City of Salina Kansas, commencing
at the
north line of Republic Avenue at the
southwest corner of Lot 1 in Replat of Blocks 4
and 5 of Sunnyside Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas thence -Ar
est est on the north
line of said Republic Avenue
a distance of 13 feet, thence -north to the south line of
Lot 1, Block 3, Hutchinson Addition to
said city, thence east 13 feet to the northwest
corner of Lot 11 in the Replat of said Block 4 and 5, as aforesaid, thence
south on the
east line of said re -platted blocks to the place of begin;ing1
be and it is hereby
vacated.
Section 2._ That said Oortion of said street so vacated shall revertto adjacent
pro, erty as provided by lata.
Section That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
