into voting precincts and providing for the amendment and. repeal of Sections
27-119, 27-120, 27-121 and 27-122, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
1948.
BE IT ORDAITTSD by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1.. That Section 27-119, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
1948, be and it is hereby amended to read as follovm : 1127-119. FIRST PRECINCT OF
FIFTH ::ARD. The First Precinct of the Fifth ,'lard shall include all of that part
of the Fifth 17ard as d r
defined b� the ordinances of said city, bounded by Prescott
Avenue on the north, on the wrest by the city limits, on the south by Venango Street
.from the city limits to Sherman Street and by Frost Street from Sherman to ninth
Street and by Ninth Street on the east."
Section 2. That Section 27-120, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
j1948, be and it is hereby amended to read as follows: tt27-120. SEC01D PRECITICT
OF FIFTH 'iARD. The Second Precinct of the Fifth ,`,lard shall include all that part

of the Fifth ,lard, as defined by the ordinances of said city, bounded by Prescott
Avenue on the north, Ninth Street on the west, Wilson Street on the south and Fourth
Street on the east.1f
Section 3. That Section 27-121, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
1948, be and it is hereby amended to read as follo-ws: 1127-121. THIRD I'R CI TCT
OF' FIFTH ':'IABD. The Third Precinct of the Fifth „lard shall include all of that
part of the Fifth ,-lard, as defined by the ordinances of. said

city limits on the west, Republic Avenue on the south, Ninth Street on the east and
on the north by Frost Street from Ninth to Sherman and by tienango Street from Sherman

Section 6. 27-122b. SIXTH PREMICT IFTH :;ARD. The Sixth Precint of the
Fifth '^ard shall include all of that part of the Fifth. '.;lard, as defined by the
ordinances of said city, lying south of Prescott Avenue (extended east) and east
of Fourth Street.
Section 7. REFEAL. That the original Sections 27-119, 27-120, 27-121 and
1948
27-122 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Sal nabe and kkx each are hereby
repealed.

after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
