AN ORDI"IANCE providing for the amendment of Section 13-703 Revised Ordinance of
the City of Salina, 1943, and providing for the repeal of said section.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comrlissioners of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That Section 13-703, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948
be and it is hereby amended to read as follolvs:
13-703. TITIN 1W EN SALE PE'11ITTED. No fireworks and/or pyrotechnics, the sale
of r!aich is not prohibited under the provisions of this ordinance shall be sold or
offered .for sale, except from and after June 27 to and including July
h year.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer fToresale,
any fire;,,orks and/or pyrotechnics on the first day of the geek commonly called Iâ–ºSunday'}
;mere the 4th of July falls upon Sunday, then s ich fireworks or and

Section 2. That the ori7inal Section 13-703, Revised Ordinances of the City of
Salina be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoi:)tion and publication once in the official city paper.
