Number 3188 and the amendments thereto and providing for the proper use thereof.

Mic,REAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain lands in the City of Salina,
Kansas, hereinafter described have been fully and timely complied -�gith; and

BE 1T ORDAI IED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, iansas:
Section 1. That certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby included
in the "C" Commercial Districts as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
Plumber 3183, and amendments thereto and that said land may be used for the purpose
authorized by Section 10 of said Ordinance M ber 3138, and amendments thereto, and
further subject to such regulations and provisions as may be hereafter provided; to -wit:
Lots 109 and 111 on Second Street,
Original Town of Salina (now City)
Saline,County,Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in 'full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication in the official city paper.
