proper uses thereof.

HEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been timely complied with;: and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COT:1"'13 IONERS OF T_ CITY OF SALIVA, F& NSAS;
SECTION Z:. That certain lands be and therefore are hereby removed from the
"C" Commercial 'istrict as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
Number 3188 and amendments thereto, and that said lands be and they are hereby
included in and made a part of the "D" Light Industrial Ni
o strict as that district
is defined by Section 6 of Ordinance Number 3188 of said City, to -wit;
Soutn Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot
Twelve (12) on Thirteenth Street,
Weaver's Second Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansase

provided however, that said ]ands may be used only for the purposes authorized
by Section 11 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and further subject to such regulations

as are here -after deemed appropriate by said Commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its publication

once in the official city paper.
