j Ail ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain portions of Fourth Street in
the City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAITFO by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That the gest eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of
Republic Avenue, thence south to the north line of that certain east and west alle77-
between Republic Avenue and Beloit Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the west eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of
that, certain east and west alley between Republic Avenue and Beloit Street, thence
south to the north line of Beloit Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
Section 3. That the west eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of
Beloit Street, thence south to the north line of that certain east and west alley
between Beloit Street and Minneapolis Street, be, and it is,hereby vacated.
Section 4. That the west eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of
that certain east and west alley between Beloit Street and Minneapolis Street, thence
south to the north line of Minneapolis Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
Section 5. That the west eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of
kanneapolis Street, thence south to the north line of that certain east and west alley
between Minneapolis Street and Ellsworth Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
Section 6. That the west eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of
that certain east and west alley between Minneapolis Street and Ellsti^north Street, thence
south to the north line of Ellsworth Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
Section 7. That the west eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of
Ellsworth Street, tbence south to the north line of that certain east and west alley

between Jewell Street and Kirwin Street, be, and it is, hereby vacated.
Section 10. That the west eight (81) feet of Fourth Street from the south line of

Section 13. That the vacationed portions of said Fourth Street shall accrue to
the lots and pieces of real estate lying tiiest and next adjacent thereto, as provided

Section 14. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption, publication once in the official city paper and certification by the
City Clerk of the payment of the cost of the oublication thereof.
