An Ordinance providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain street in the
City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF colliISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF S.LLINA, KPNSAS:
SECTION 1. That the east ten (10) feet of Tenth Street from the north line
of North Street, thence north to the south line of Lincoln Street, be and it is
hereby vacated.

SECTION 2. That said portion of said street so vacated shall revert to

adjacent property as provided by law.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and

after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
