AN OR.DI=';ATCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina, Kansas,
in the "CH Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordin-
ance Number 3188 and the ammendments thereto and providing for the proper use
thereoi:.
.HEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain lands in the City of Salina,
Kansas, hereinafter described have been fully and timely complied with; and
SO ''T 01W THEREFORE,
BE IT 0I KI 1;D by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby included
in the "c'Commercial Districts as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
Number 3188, and amendments thereto and that said land may be used for tine purpose
authorized by Section 10 of said Ordinance Number 3153, and ammendments thereto, a d
further subject to such regulations and provisions as mar be hereafter provided; tovrit:
Lot 20, Block 44, Military Addition
in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and. effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city paper.
