AN ORDINANCE providing for the removal of certain lands in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the 'TC" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of
Ordinance Number 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and for the inclusion of
said lands in the ''D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined by
Section 6 of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper uses t�i.ereof.
IEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described
have been timely -complied with; and

BE IT ORDAI IED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and therefore are hereby removed from the
"C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance Number
3188 and amendments thereto, and that said lands be and they are hereby included in
and made a part of the "D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined by
Section 6 of Ordinance Number 3188 of said Cit-, to -wit -
South 15 feet of Lot 29, Block 1, North Park
Addition, City of Salina, Kansas,
provided however, that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized by Section
11 of said Ordinance Number 3138 and further subject to such regulations as are here --
after deemed appropriate by said Commission.
Sect_on 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its publica-
tion once in the of-'icial city paper.
