AN ORDINANCE providing for the removal of certain 7a nds in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the "C" Commercial Districts as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
Number 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and for the inclusion of said lands in the
"D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined by Section 6 of Ordinance
Number 3188 and providing for the proper uses thereof.
JVHEREAS,all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described
have been timely complied with; and
SO NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lends be and therefore are hereby removed from the
"C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance umber
3188 and amendments thereto, and that said ]ands be and they are hereby included
in and made a part of the "D" Light Industrial District as that district is defined
by Section 6 of Ordinance Nurer 3188 of said City, to -wit:

Lots(15) Fifteen, Seventeen (17), and Nineteen (19) in
Block Ten (10), Pacific Addition, City of Salina,
Kansas*
provided however, that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized by
Section 11 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and further subject to such regulations
as are hereafter deemed appropriate by said Commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in farce from and after its
publication once in the official city paper.
