5438 Zone Kansas Wesleyan University AdditionAN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina,
Kansas, in the "B" Residential District as that district is defined by Section 4
of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions: precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been fully and timely complied with, and,
SO, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Conmissioners of the City of Salina, Kansasz
Section 1. That certain hands be and they are hereby included in the "B"
Residential Districts as that district is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance Number
3188 and all amendments thereto of said city, to -wit:
The South Half of Lots Three (3) and Five (5)
on Ellsworth Avenue, in the Kansas Wesleyan
University Addition, to the City of Salina, Kansas.
provided that said lands may be used only for the purpose authorized by Section 9 of
said Ordinance Number 3188 as amended and further subject to such regulations as
hereafter deemed appropriate by said cormussions.
Section 2. That This ordinance shall be in force from and after its
publication once in the official city paper.
