AN ORDINANCE granting permission to change the frontage and. 1
authorizing the platting of certain lots and pieces of real
estate being a part of Surveyor's Plat Eight (8) in the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF'
SALINA, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of UPPER MILL ADDITION to the City of Salina,
Kansas, being a replat of a part of S urveyor's Plat Eight (8) in the
City of Salina and the changing of the frontage of the West Twenty-five
(25) feet of Lot Twenty-two (22) and all of Lots Twenty-three (23) and
Twenty-four (24), all in said Surveyor's Plat Eight (8) in the City of
Salina, Kansas, as portrayed by the Original Plat of said Surveyor's
Plat Eight (8), in said City, as filed in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas, on July 22, 1912, as prayed for in
the petition filed by the Parkview Realty and Building Company, Inc.,
Walter R. Leighton and Lillian C. Leighton, his wife, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk certify to the Register of Deeds of
Saline County, Kansas, the fact of the passage and publication of this
ordinance as provided by law.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
