Aid ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina
Kansas in the "B" Residential District as that district is defined by Section 4$
of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been fully arfd timely co4plied with, and,
SO, NO THEREFORE,
BE_.IT 01w AIMED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina Kansas:
Section 1. That Certain lands be and they are hereby included in the
"B" Aesidential Districts as that district is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance
Number 3188 and all amendments thereto of said city, to—wit:
'gest 47 feet of Lot 21, on Beloit
'venue In the Grounds of Kansas
if esle an University Addition, plus
the 7-N feet accruing thereto from the vacation of
vacation of the 15—foot alley on the
west side of said portion of said
lot, in the city of Salina, Kansas,
provided that said lands may be used only for the purpose authorized by 6ection 9
of said Ordinance Number 3188 as amended and further subject to such regulations
as hereafter deemed appropriate by said commission.
Section 2, That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its public-
ation once in the official city paper.
