Salina, Kansas, in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined
by Section 5 of Ordinance number 3188 and the amentments thereto and pro-
viding for the proper use thereof.
YEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain lands in the
City of Salina, Kansas, hereinafter described have been fully and timely com-
plied with;. and

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comrii.ssioners of the City of Salina, Hansasl
Section 1. That certain land hereinafter described be and it is here-
by included in the "C" Commercial Districts as that district is defined by
Section 5 of Ordinance lumber 3188, and amendments thereto and that said

land may be used for the purpose authorized by Section 10 of said Ordinance
umber 3188, and amentments thereto, and further subject to such remulations
and provisions as may be hereafter provided: to wit:
The East 85 feet of Lot 3, rhillips
Addition on Vinth Street,in the
City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city paper.
