AN ORDINUT.CE providing for the removal of certain ja nds in the ity of Salina,
Kansas, from the "C" Commercial District as that districtis defined by Section
5 of Ordinance Number 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and for the inclusion
of said lands in the "D" Light Industrial District as that district is fefined
by Section 6 of Ordinance humber 3188 and providing for the proper uses thereof.
'ZiEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoningof certain lands hereinafter
described have been timely complied with: and
SO, NOuY THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINS BY THE Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and therefore are hereby removed from
the"C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
Number 3188 and amendments thereto, and that said lands be and they are hereby
included in and made a part of the "D" Light Industrial District as that district
is defined by Section 6 of Ordinance Number 3188 of said Sity, to -wit:
Lot Number Seventeen (17), in Block 3,
in Episcopal 2,ilitary Institute Addition,
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
provided however, that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized
by Section 11 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and further subject to such regulat-
ions as are hereafter deemed appropriate by said Commission.
Section Z, That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its
publication once in the official city paper.
