Kansas in the "B" Residential 'istrict as that district is defined by Section 4
of Ordinance number 3188 and providing for the proper use thereof.
,VHEdAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been fully and timely complied with, and,
SO, NOW Tt: REFORE,
BE IT ORllt;INED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and they are hereby included in -the "B"
RLsidential District as that district is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance Number
318E and all amendements thereto of said city, to -wit:
Lot iuo. 3 in Block "A",ILorrison's
Addition, City of Salina, Kansas,
provided that said lands may be used only for the purpose authorized by Section 9
of said Ordinance Number 3188 as amended and further subject to such regulations
as hereafter deemed ap.oropriate by s��A d commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its oublicat-
ion once in the official city paper.
