90-9412 Streets Sidewalks PubliKuhn -Cox Printing — Sah—, Kans.S (Published in The Salina Journal October /q, 1990) ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9412 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 35-104 AND 35-106 OF THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO THE NUMBERING OF BUILDINGS, AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, T Kansas: Section 1. That Section 35-105 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 35-104. Size of figures. The figures used for numbering buildings shall not be less than two and one-half (21) inches high and shall be of a color that contrasts with the building background for increased visibility." Section 2. That Section 35-106 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 35-106. Duty to display numbers. All business buildings or dwellings situated within the corporate limits of the City shall display the number assigned to that building on the front of the building." Section 3. That the existing Sections of the Salina Code are hereby repealed. Section 4.
