ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9410
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE STORM
WATER DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE SOUTH THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE
FEET (3251) OF LOT TWO (2), BLOCK ONE (1), LUNDBERG ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Storm Water Drainage Easement on the South
Three Hundred Twenty-five feet (325') of Lot Two (2), Block One (1),
Lundberg Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
