rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described has been timelycomplied with; and SO

BL I O_LAI11 L by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
Section 1. AIvi1Fi]D=, DIST-ICT F, LIGHT INLUST 1IAL LIS'L dCT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, heretofore duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance No. 5549, be and it is hereby amended -so that Lots 1W, 3481 150 and 152 on
Fourth Street in Original Town of Salina, shall become a part of Listrict F Light
Industrial District. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all
the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided in said Ordinance No.
5549 with reference to the Light Industrial Listrict, as aforesaid.
Section 2, MUM 1111LNT, DISTITUCT D, LOCAL BU iI'- ::33, 1,ISaaICT . That the Zoning
Listrict Map of the City of Saline, heretofore duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance No. 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that Lots One (1) and Three (3)
Block One (1), Replat of Beebe ' s 2nd Addition to the Citi- of Salina, shall become a
part of Listrict L, Local Business District. That the use of said described property
shall be subject to all tr:e conditio,is, restrictions and limitations as made and provided
in said Ordinance No. 5549, with reference to the Local Lusiness Listrict, as a:"oreceid.
Section 3. Er=-LCTIVE LA`:.E. That this or, rance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
