ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9409
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE SOUTH ONE
FOOT (1') OF A TWENTY FOOT (201) UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH
PROPERTY LINE OF LOT TWENTY-TWO (22) , BLOCK ONE (1) , GEORGETOWN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the South one foot (1') of a Twenty foot (20') utility
easement along the north property line of Lot Twenty-two (22), Block One (1),
Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That upon receipt of certification from the City Engineer
that a 2" gas main has been relocated toward the center of the twenty foot (20')
easement at the expense of the petitioner, the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish this ordinance once in the official city newspaper.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
