All ORLDTANCE providing for the vacation, subject to certain limitations, of a certain
alley in the City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That that certain east and west public alley connecting Baker Street
and Twelfth Street and lying between Walnut Street and South Street be and it is hereby
vacated, provided, however, that the right of ingress and egress in said alley area for
the purpose of installing., maintaining, repairing and replacing all kinds and types of
public utilities therein ishereby expressly reserved.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publicatian once in the official city paper.
