AN OR.DIdANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance No. 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of cer-
tain property within the city and prescribing the proper uses thereof.

NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
Section 1, AMENDMENT, DISTRICT G HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, heretofore duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance No. 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that Lot 33, and the west half of
Lots 35, 37, 39, 41 and 43 on Fourth Street in the Or #inal Town of Salina shall become
a part of District G Heavy Industrial District. That the use of said described property
shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided
in said Ordinance No. 5549 with reference to the Heavy Industrial District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in theofficial city paper.
