AN ORDINANCE prescribing the salaries of certain officers of the City of Salina and re-
pealing Section 1-611 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1948.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That Section 1-611 of the Revised Ordinances of the City
of Salina, 19118, be and it is hereby amended to read as follows

"l-611. OFFICERS OF THE CITY COURT. (Salaries). 1. Judge of the City Court
i
per month, $250.00. 2• Clerk of the City Court, per month, #175.00. 3. Marshall
of the City Court, per month, $175.00,n
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That the salaries aforesaid be effective from and
j after July 1, 1951•
Section 3. That Section 1-611 Revised
Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948, be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after

its adoption and publication once in thh official city paper.
